Who do you typically work with?

Most of my clients are founders, coaches, consultants, and small teams that need a mix of design, operations support, and CRM help—but don’t want to hire a full-time employee yet. I also work with executives who need dedicated virtual assistance and presentation/design support.

What time zones do you work in?

I work remotely and can flex around US/EU-friendly hours for calls. Day-to-day work is async-first, using tools like email, Slack, and Loom to keep everything moving without needing constant meetings.

How soon can we start?

Availability depends on current workload, but smaller projects and power hours can often start within 3–7 days. Retainers and larger builds may require a short lead time. We’ll discuss timing on the discovery call.

Do you offer one-off tasks or only retainers?

Both. You can book a one-off power hour, a scoped project (like a landing page or CRM setup), or an ongoing monthly retainer if you know you’ll need consistent support.
